20ft x 5ft 3KW Laser Cutter

Our laser cutter can handle sheets up to 20ft x 5ft and cut metals up to 1/2" thick with high precision and repeatability. Create standout exteriors with custom signage featuring intricate logos or designs, complex and unique façade cladding. Interiors are made extraordinary with custom staircases and railings, complex-patterned privacy screens, or acoustically and aesthetically pleasing perforated ceiling panels. Its design capability is limitless - if you can draw it, we can cut it!

14ft 150-ton Press
​
Our press can fabricate components from up to 1/4" thick steel, providing strength and versatility for various architectural applications including, but not limited to, custom metal enclosures, structural clips and angles, and robust bases and landings. This machine has the size and strength to meet the requirements of the largest and toughest of jobs, while allowing for bespoke solutions.

10ft Plate Roller

Our roller can bend and shape up to 1/4" thick steel into any round configuration, perfect for creating curved and cylindrical metal components, and allowing us to seamlessly integrate curved components within existing designs. From custom column covers and rolled metal facades, to spiral staircases and helixes, create smooth, flowing curves that enhance the architectural appeal of any space.

Hydraulic Pipe Roller and Bender

These machines offer the ability to fabricate a wide array of tubing and custom metal shapes, allowing for high levels of flexibility in design and material, and ensuring precision bending and shaping. Computer Brake (2 Units)

Our 10ft brakes deliver high-accuracy bends and enables the creation of both custom elements as well as standard fabrications. These machines allow for the quick and precise fabrication, reducing lead times and project timelines. Those elements include flashing and trim, louvers and grilles, custom cabinetry, as well as soffits and panels.
